A few things worth knowing
Do you take a commission on my orders?
No. Shop charges no per-order platform commission on COD or online payments. Your payment provider charges its own processing fees.
Who holds the money from online payments?
Online payments settle into your own connected account. devhelp never holds your sales.
What do I get for paying yearly?
One eligible standard domain registration, registered for your business. The registration term depends on the extension. A year costs the same as twelve monthly payments.
Is there a limit on how much I can sell?
No. Every selling plan has unlimited orders and sales. Site is for websites without checkout.
How do marketing email allowances work?
Growth includes 1,000 marketing emails each month and Scale 3,000. Campaigns and marketing flows share the allowance. One email to one recipient counts as one send.
Do order confirmations use marketing credits?
No. Transactional order emails are included with Launch, Growth and Scale, separately from marketing allowances. They don't stop when your marketing balance runs out.
Can I top up email and SMS credits?
Top up with prepaid credits. Included marketing emails reset monthly; purchased credits carry forward. Email and SMS have separate balances, with no automatic top-ups by default.
Can I move my store from Shopify?
Keep your domain and build your new store on Shop, or ask devhelp commerce to help you plan the move.
